A. Music When Soft Voices Die - Vocal Parts & Accompaniments
Study suggestions: 1. listen to the whole piece once, following it on the music. 2. Listen through your line with the accompaniment, following it on the music.3. Practice your line phrase by phrase. 4. See if you can then hold your line with the accompaniment only. 5. Sing your line with the help of a two part version which includes your line. 6. Sing your line with the corresponding one line version that doesn't include your part. 7 Repeat step 5 and 6 with the line that you haven't yet sung with. 8. Sing with complete version. 9. Sing with a two part version that doesn't include your line. 10. Check your tuning, blend, timing and dynamics using the unaccompanied vocal lines.
